AUBURN, Wash. - A 29-year-old man reportedly took the theme at Auburn's Sweet Cheeks Espresso too far.

The man was charged last week with indecent exposure for pleasuring himself in full view of the barista, racking up his fourth indecent exposure case in less than two years, according to court documents.

And he'd just come out of jail weeks earlier on the latest charge.

The incident occurred the morning of May 26 at Sweet Cheeks' Auburn location at 5005 Auburn Way North, according to the incident reports.

Sweet Cheeks employs provocatively dressed baristas and offers beverages with sizes labeled "A-Cup," "B-Cup," "C-Cup," "D-Cup" and "Money shot."

A 26-year-old employee was reporting to work about 5 a.m. when she noticed a man squatting near the coffee stand with his pants down, according to Auburn police. She initially thought he was defecating, but soon saw him pull his pants completely down and masturbate while looking at her, partially concealing himself behind garbage cans, reports say.

The barista grew fearful and armed herself with a Taser and mace in case the man approached the coffee stand. She called 911 and police responded.

An Auburn police officer found a man matching the barista's description pulling his pants up and jumping over a chicken wire fence to try to conceal himself in some bushes, reports say. The officer detained him, with his pants still partially down and exposing his buttocks, court documents say.

The man allegedly told the officer he was only urinating.

Police reports say the 29-year-old man was only released from Kent Municipal Jail on May 3 for an indecent exposure case for which he was on probation. He was also convicted twice of indecent exposure last year.
