Install error in Office 2013 or Office 365 Home:

1. Click Start, and then go to Control Panel.
2. Open Internet Options.
3. In the General tab, click Delete under Browsing history.
4. Select the Temporary Internet files check box.
5. Select the Preserve Favorites website data check box if you don’t want to delete cookies and files associated with websites in your Favorites list.
6. Click Delete.

To clear temporary Internet files in Windows 8, follow the instructions in the “To delete browsing history” section of Reset Internet Explorer settings.
