The Ice Water (or Cold Water) Challenge has become a popular social media trend and involves being doused in freezing cold water as a dare and then making a donation to a charity.
These donations assist the Cancer Society in supporting patients and their families through one of the toughest challenges anyone will face, a cancer diagnosis.
If you decide to take on the Ice Challenge please remember to be safe and responsible. - it is cold out there at the moment.
NB: Cancer Society cares about your health and well being and so does not support the consumption of alcohol as part of this challenge.
