Ticket Office Hours:
The Center’s ticket office is open for walk-up sales
Wednesday through Saturday 12 noon to 6 pm, and one hour prior to the
event start time. There are no service charges for walk-up sales. Ticket
Services also features an after-hours phone system which accepts ticket
orders whenever the ticket office is closed.
All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. There are no
refunds or exchanges unless it is necessary to cancel or re-schedule a
performance.
FACILITY USE FEE:
There is an additional $2 or $3 (depending on event) per ticket
Facility Use Fee for all tickets purchased for performances at the Mountain
View Center for the Performing Arts. This fee is in addition to any applicable
service charges.
Ordering On-Line
Tickets may be purchased on-line with a credit card. Just find the event
on our calendar pages on this web site and
click on "ORDER TICKETS ON-LINE". Service charges for on-line
purchases vary according to the ticket price. Tickets purchased on-line
will be held at Will Call. Please note that tickets are not refundable.
Ordering By Phone
You can charge your tickets by phone by calling 650-903-6000 Wednesday
through Saturday 12 noon to 6 pm, or by leaving a message on our after-hours
ticket order form (available 6 pm to 12 noon). The Center accepts MasterCard,
Visa, Discover Card or American Express credit cards. There is a $2.50
per ticket service charge for phone orders and a $2 or $3 (depending
on event) per ticket Facility Use Fee. Credit card payments only.
These tickets will be mailed (if purchased 14 or more days in advance)
or held at Will Call. Please note that tickets are not refundable.
Patrons who are hearing or speech impaired may use our TDD line to place
ticket orders by calling 650-903-6868. There is no handling or service
charge for this service except for the $2 or $3 per ticket Facility Use
Fee. Please note that tickets are not refundable.
Ordering by Mail or Fax
Orders can also be mailed to Ticket Services (P.O. Box 7540, Mountain
View, CA 94039-7540) or faxed to 650-965-1727. There is a $2.50 per ticket
service charge for all mail and fax orders and a $2 or $3 (depending
on event) per ticket Facility Use Fee. These tickets will be mailed

Exchanges, Refunds or Cancelations
There are NO refunds or exchanges unless it is necessary to cancel or
reschedule a performance.

Additional Services
The Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts is fully accessible.
Patrons who require wheelchair seating or other assistance may make arrangements
with Ticket Services at the time of ticket purchase. Notifying the Center
in advance makes it possible to better serve your needs. Ticket Services
phone number is 650-903-6000.
MainStage and SecondStage are equipped with assistive listening systems
and assistive listening devices are available free of charge in the Center's
lobby.
Patrons who are visually impaired may request audio described services
and those who are hearing impaired may request translation services. For
information call 650-903-6000.
Assistive ambulatory devices will be checked to the back of the theater
unless the device fits completely beneath the seats.
Late Arrivals
Latecomers will be seated at appropriate intervals at the discretion
of the House Manager. We recommend that patrons arrive at the Center a
minimum of 20 minutes prior to curtain time. If you are purchasing or
picking up tickets, please allow additional time. Our ticket office closes
one half hour after curtain time.
