HR/VP Blog – Last Tuesday, the College of Commissioners approved a Joint Communication from the Commission and myself as High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy on a new European Defence Industrial Strategy. We need to boost our defence industry to replenish our stocks and face new potential threats while continuing to provide adequate military support to Ukraine.
