I manage one of the best systems out there Kayako.com with about 80k tickets and 25 employees and this is very similar to kayako. At this rate, you are going to be making a ton of $$$$ keep it up.

Climbing communication towers and using laptops don’t mix. I had our web guy install osTicket Awesome yesterday. Today I spent the entire day in the field and I only touched my laptop once. I can now open and update tickets from my iPhone. At last!
