Payola Roll Blues...
...was a hilarious send-up of the times by Stan Freberg - but the actual title of this song by Hoagy & Cass was 'The Old Piano Roll Blues' - possibly just an innocent mistake!
One of the source charts made this mistake and our auto-correction software followed it. The data has been fixed, thanks for pointing it out
