I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! easily won Monday's ratings despite a big drop, overnight data reveals.
ITV's reality competition fell by over a million viewers from Sunday to a new low this series of 8.21 million (32.2%) at 9pm. An added 542,000 (2.7%) tuned in on +1.
Earlier, Tales from Northumberland was seen by 3.46m (14.7%) at 8pm (105k/0.4% on +1).
On BBC One, the latest Ripper Street bounced back by around 200k to 3.26m (13.0%) at 9pm.
BBC Two's University Challenge quizzed 3.07m (13.0%) at 8pm, followed by MasterChef: The Professionals' semi-final with 2.81m (10.7%) at 8.30pm. The Choir continued with 2.05m (8.2%) at 9pm, while Never Mind the Buzzcocks tickled 1.10m (5.7%) at 10pm.
On Channel 4, Sarah Beeny's Great British Christmas appealed to 1.15m (4.6%) at 8pm (175k/0.7%). New series Liberty of London intrigued 1.58m (6.3%) at 9pm (435k/2.5%), followed by Fresh Meat with 706k (4.0%) at 10pm (105k/1.2%).
Channel 5's Gadget Show interested 847k (3.4%) at 8pm. Monty Halls and the Divers' Graveyard brought in 734k (2.9%) at 9pm.
On BBC Four, Only Connect puzzled 876k (3.3%) at 8.30pm. ITV2's I'm a Celebrity... Now! entertained 921k (5.3%) at 10pm (109k/1.2%).
E4's Made in Chelsea dipped to 500k (2.9%) at 10pm (114k/1.3%).
