Seeking the energy necessary to free his massive Planet-Destroying Fortress from imprisonment in the Dark Nebula where Star Saber sealed it years ago, the Decepticons' new Emperor of Destruction, Deathsaurus (Dezarus), attacks Earth with his Dinoforce, prompting Star Saber and his team to set up residence on the planet.

This Anime features the incredible number of 12 (!) recap episodes on 44 eps. Because of that most likely the US distributor thought he shouldn't torture it's viewers with those and only released the 32 story episodes. Hence the US edition is 32 episodes.
Episode 39-44 didn't air on Japanese TV and are because of that considered special episodes. (To be precise episode 22 and 26 didn't air either, but to keep matters slightly more simple lets ignore that fact.)

Now Eriko must take the path of singing, a path her parents did not want her to pursue. Then her uncle is out to destroy her career. In the future, the moon is a habitable place with atmosphere and gravity and is a famous tourist attraction. There are stories about a "long ears" creature like rabbits on the moon who can use magic. Saotome Ranma and his father, Genma, fell into cursed springs during a journey to China. As a result, whenever Ranma comes into contact with cold water, he turns into a girl; when the same thing happens to Genma, he becomes a panda. Wheneven that happens, they stay in their alternative form until the process is reversed by hot water. And if that wasn't bad enough, Ranma has a bigger problem to deal with: his father and Tendou Souun decide to marry Ranma to the youngest daughter of the Tendou household, Akane, so that the two can eventually take over her family's dojo. Meanwhile, the youngsters are less than thrilled about this forced engagement...

First arc: Saiyajins & Freezer
Raditz tells Gokuu of his true origin as a Saiyajin. Gokuu refused to join him, so Raditz kidnaps Gokuu's son, Gohan. Gokuu sacrifices his life to win the battle. Vegeta & Nappa come down to Earth but are defeated. Vegeta retreats to one of Freezer's command posts. Gohan, Bulma, and Kuririn get in Kami-sama's old spaceship and head off towards Namek to collect their Dragon Balls.

Second arc: Jinzouningen & Cell
The plot centers on 4 jinzouningen who were built to kill Gokuu and fight everyone who tries to protect him. Cell, one of the 4 jinzouningen, absorbs 2 of the others to become capable of destroying the universe. Gohan, is the only one who can stop him since he has been shown to be more powerful -- and faster -- than his father.

Third arc: Buu
Buu is the new threat to Earth, and he turns people into candy to then eat them.

In order to recover from the situation, Hokujo Hikoko, the chairperson of the board of directors, sent a messenger to the Fuma Village. Fuma Clan was a ninja group, and it was said that they could run several thousands miles a day, they could hear a needle drop three miles away, and they could tell apart one's face a mile away in darkness, etc.

The leader of Fuma sent Kojiro to the academy. What was waiting for him at school was fight against Yasha Clan that worked for Seishikan and the strongest enemy Asuka Musashi. Musashi was fighting for a little sister who was suffering from incurable disease.
