Ayato arrives in Rikka at the invitation of Claudia Enfield, the Student Council President of the Seidoukan Academy. Right after that, he incurs the wrath of the Petalblaze Witch Julis-Alexia von Riessfeld and ends up having to duel her.

Naturally, the Japanese government cannot ignore the existence of these superhumans and establishes an organization under the Ministry of Health and Welfare - the Overpopulation Research Laboratory, a.k.a. the Superhuman Bureau. Their mission is to identify and approach superhumans, then oversee and safeguard them. One member of the Superhuman Bureau, Hitoyoshi Jirou, is the protagonist of this series.

To fend off Gjallarhorn, Mikazuki rides an old mobile suit from the Calamity War, powered by two Ahab reactors, the Gundam Barbatos.

There are special students called Butei who are authorized to carry weapons, investigate crimes and solve various incidents. One of the best of these students is an S-rank second year at Tokyo Butei High School named Kanzaki H Aria. On the opposite end of the scale is the E-ranked first year named Mamiya Akari.

Akari absolutely idolizes Aria and wants to become an elite Butei just like her but sadly she just is not very good and constantly fails her rank exams. One day she gets the bright idea to submit a request to become Aria's Amica (assistant), despite her friends telling her that she should not even bother due to the disparity in their skills. Surprisingly though, Aria decides to give Akari a test, which she not only accepts, but passes!

It will not be easy for Akari though, as before she can officially become Aria's Amica she will have to work hard until she proves her value. As that may be, Aria senses a dark mystery regarding Akari's past...

The academy has a group of three students with the highest grades in the musical department, and they are known as the Kao Kai (Cherry Blossom Flower Association). This organization stands at the top of the pecking order within the academy. The shortcut to entering the musical department is to enter the Star Frame class, which is directly taught by the members, and to be recognized by them. Unfortunately, due to their own problems, students Touru, Kaito, Kakeru, Shuu, and Yuuta are all struggling to even remain candidates for the musical department. By a stroke of luck, however, the five are spotted by Kao Kai member Ootori, and they attract his interest.

Worlds infected by viruses must be erased. That is the duty, the job of these girls. However, one day, Dual and Dorothy feel the presence of a new Virus. Arriving at the scene, they see a girl being attacked by Viruses. After saving the girl, the duo wait for her to awaken so they can ask who she is, where she came from, and where she is going. Finally, when the girl opens her eyes, she says her name is Remo and whispers only one sentence: "I must return to the flower patch."

The Pumpkin Kingdom's Treasure
The Precure make a visit to the Pumpkin Cafe. A mysterious invitation to the Princess Convention appears and the girls are attacked by a Zetsuborg. After the fight, they are transported to the Pumpkin Kingdom to attend the convention. When Haruka finds that the kingdom's princess, Panpururu, is locked up by the false minister Warp, she resolves to rescue her and bring happiness back to the land.

Precure and Refi's Wonder Night
A 3DCG story. Princess Panpururu's doll (now in Haruka's possession) suddenly speaks to Haruka and transports her to a land where they are chased by Zetsuborg. The doll, now transformed into Refi, explains that the Night Pumpkin has taken over the land and that planting a Miracle Princess Light on his castle will end his reign of evil.
