A first date is a type of initial meeting between two individuals, whether or not previously acquainted, where an effort is made to ask, plan, and organize some sort of social activity, with the goals ranging from forming a friendship or finding a romantic or sexual partner for a short period to finding a long-term spouse.

The sixteen-year-old high school student Kusanagi Godou was running an errand for his grandfather, delivering a magic artefact to the Witch of Sardinia, Lucretia Zola. Before concluding his errand, however, he got himself caught up in a battle between Heretic Gods and met Erica Blandelli, a 16-year-old Great Knight of the Copper Black Cross magic society.
Together with her and the artefact, he managed to slay the Heretic God Verethragna; this achievement bestowed upon him the title of Campione, or God Slayer, and gave him Verethragna's divine powers. However, becoming a Campione brought Godou, who is averse to fighting and dubs himself a pacifist, the unwanted attention of both his fellow God Slayers and Heretic Gods alike.

Recap: The college student, Sendou Kazuki, happens to set foot into the doujinshi community. There, enthusiasts produce and sell manga drawn by fans rather than by professionals. At first he is reluctant, but as he meets several earnest and dedicated girls, he is inspired to create and publish his own art. (Source: AnimeNfo)
Kazuki and the gang want to help the reserved and quiet Aya improve the sales numbers for her subtle, yet beautiful doujinshi. Eimi has to visit cram school, but actually wants to visit the beach with Kazuki. Minami double-booked Eimi and Yuu for the next comic convention, so they have to decide who gets the table reservation with a game of baseball (of all things). And one of Minami's workdays begins by with frying her office laptop with coffee.
* Based on a game by AQUAPLUS. The first four episodes are the same as in the Comic Party Revolution OVA. The series continues some time after Comic Party — now most of the cast is in college.
Recap:Sendou Kazuki failed the entrance exam for the art college he was applying to. His childhood friend, Kuhonbutsu Taishi tricks Kazuki into entering the doujin (private publishing) world. The friendly community there sports several quite attractive females, who are very dedicated to creating and publishing doujinshi (fanzines), inspiring Kazuki to create his own manga-based art.
Kazuki, produces doujinshi on a regular basis now, visiting the various comic conventions. Alas, even though his art is special, and very much appreciated by a few (usually female) fans, the sales are still quite low. Luckily the fun is in the making, and in helping friends who share the same enthusiasm and interests.
The rest of the female cast presents the other aspects of the doujin community: Singing idol — Asahi, convention organisation — Minami, printing business — Chisa, artistic uniqueness vs. marketability — Aya, success vs. cram school — Eimi, and a cosplay fight — Mizuki. These are only some of the stories in and around the comic conventions.
* Based on a love comedy shounen manga by Yoshikawa Miki.
