The absolute best, well thought out, customers focused and highly efficient way of doing things. I love this app.
I deal with other apps, programs, softwares and various different computer system on diesel highway trucks and automotive application, and none can come up with the ease of use and efficiency of Apple. Apple has spoiled me so much that everything else just seems like it was developed by single IQ personnel.
I wish everything was Apple and ran by their system.

Ordered a new iPhone on the morning it was available for pre-sale get told it would be delivered on the 20th. Take the day off work however mid afternoon I look at the UPS website and it says it is not out for delivery but apples does.. I spent hours trying to figure this out to finally hear from a UPS person that my package has been rerouted and the only way it could be rerouted was via Apple doing something on their end. Anyhow, Apple continues to tell me that it will be delivered that day holding me prisoner at home. Lost a days worth of work and pay. When my phone finally arrives the next day I tried to contact Apple. But the thread that we were using to communicate is no longer accepting my texts.. So I call the lady is not very nice. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She tells me that they don’t have one. I was like you don’t have anybody above you and She tell leave my name and number with somebody and we are now over a week later and nobody has gotten in touch with me. You would think by breaking your end of the contract, Apple. You would at least try and compensate somebody who had to take a day off work and lose a With something, but have never even received the callback I was promised you’ve gotten too big apple and forget that it’s the customers that matter

I recently purchased a MacBook Air M3 in July 2024, and my experience with the company has been nothing short of frustrating. After a rain incident, some water got into my laptop, and I rushed to the store for help.

Upon arrival, I was initially told that I needed an appointment, but thankfully, a kind staff member allowed me to see someone after noticing my distress. However, the technician took a long time to arrive and, when he finally did, his attitude was dismissive. He even joked about the model being an Air, not a Pro, before shocking me with a repair quote of 1,100!

I wasn't the only one facing issues—there were others in the store with similar problems, which raises concerns about the quality of these products. The lack of genuine customer service and the outrageous repair costs have left me feeling extremely let down. I expected better from a brand with such a strong reputation.

I hope the company improves its customer service and addresses these issues, as I certainly won't be returning anytime soon. I will switch all my devices to better companies my parents have samsung and we never have been through all this mess before i will not wait i will but my iphone and ipad as a trade in better company
