Flickr source account has engaged in creative Flickrwashing that involves slightly rotating photographs not available under a free license, such as this "CC-BY-SA" photograph which is simply a slighly modified version of an all rights reserved photograph. As such, we cannot trust that the stated license of CC-BY-SA available on Flickr for images posted by the source's Flickr user is valid. Since the Flickrwashing account also is the listed source for this photo, the stated license for this photo is highly dubious and the photo should be deleted from Commons.
