Description
English: Baria, South Vietnam. 1969-11. The Australian Ambassador to South Vietnam, Ralph L. Harry, is greeted by Vietnamese officials when he arrived at the capital of Phuoc Tuy Province, to hand over equipment worth more than $20,000. The equipment, all manufactured in Australia, included a fire engine, a back hoe, front end loader, survey equipment and a concrete mixer.
