I have recolored one country, Switzerland, to be in the 100K-199K category. The previous 1-9K categorization is absurdly low, likely a reflection of the number of professional soldiers as opposed to active-duty personnel, which are mostly conscripts. The map already has very iffy methodology and cites no sources, so I cannot be certain that this aligns with the original author's methodology, but I believe this small improvement will give readers a better idea of reality. I minified the SVG source and wish to upload the new version, but find this now requires special permission. I am asking for it in this case since I already spent the time, but in the future I am unlikely to contribute higher resolution/minified versions of existing images if it requires going through this process every time. In 1996-2004 in Russia life sentence was used as replacement for death penalty only. Since 2004 life sentence are used as replacement for death penalty (like early) and as general penalty for capital offense.
