WASHINGTON D. C., USA - Here in the Windy City, the term "alternate facts" has come in to its own as a super-meme, if you will. This and "fake news" are poised to bring about the downfall of professional media. In a world where any statement can be refuted, challenged or made up out of thin air, facts have been redefined as malleable. Given the breadth of human imagination, it's easy to believe even the most outlandish thing.

This being the case, this so-called journalist wonders, is reality encroaching on Illogicopedia's turf? When our noble founders saw fit to create this wiki, they could have written any number of articles proposing the current state of affairs, and reasonably expected their work judged absurd enough for inclusion in an illogical wiki.
