Biography

[edit]

Early and personal life

[edit]

Connor Fielding was born on 14 September 1966 to parents Gloria Gomez and Nathan Fielding in Vancouver, British Columbia State, Canada. He attended local school and participated in gymnastic training. In family, he spoke much of English and some French, so he is fluent at both these languages. In 1973, at school's first grade, Fielding met journalist Evelyn Pratt (b.1967). They made good friends quickly and in 1984 they became engaged. When Fielding was 18, he married with Pratt who was pregnant at the time. However, Evelyn suffered a miscarriage and tried twice unsuccessfully to commit suicide. Connor Fielding and Evelyn Pratt became parents for first time in 1988, when their first son Owen was born, and the second, Alexander, was born in 1991. They later adopted a son, Daniel, born in 2014.

After playing in band five years, Fielding launched his solo career.
