The Office for Faculty Affairs provides professional and leadership development opportunities and resources to all faculty at every stage in their career. The Office oversees the recruitment, hiring, recognition and retention of all faculty in partnership with the colleges, schools, departments and other academic units across campus.
Faculty Recognition
Faculty honors and awards play a crucial role in fostering a culture of academic excellence. We acknowledge and celebrate the outstanding achievements of our faculty by recognizing their accomplishment in teaching, scholarship, and service, including mentorship, as well as their commitment to professional development.
Faculty Programs
The Office for Faculty Affairs takes a holistic approach to faculty development at every stage in their career, although some programs are geared more towards early or mid-career development. We offer programs designed to enhance knowledge and skills across multiple dimensions of faculty activities, including teaching, scholarship, mentoring, and leadership.
