To apply to become a FSMF Volunteer, simply complete our Volunteer Application.

Volunteer shift selection will begin the week of September 2nd, 2024. We’ll send you an email with instructions on how to view available shifts and sign up for the two that work best for you! These emails will be sent out in the same order that we received completed applications. If you filled out the application and paid your deposit, we will send you an email as soon as shift selection is available for you.

FSMF volunteers will work two 8-hour shifts in exchange for general admission access to the festival!

In exchange for becoming a FSMF, you will receive a super cool t-shirt, a 3-day Volunteer Wristband (providing you with General Admission access to the festival), and an unforgettable experience. Volunteers may enjoy the festival at their leisure outside of their assigned volunteer shifts.

Volunteer shifts for each position fill up on a first come, first serve basis. Shift selection is made available for volunteers in the order in which we received your application and deposit. Additional shifts may open up closer to the festival if/when someone cancels.

Everything’s better with your BFF! Volunteers are able to select their shift preferences in the order in which deposits are received. In order to receive the same (or similar) shift selection as your BFF we suggest you both complete your applications and pay for your deposits on the same day. We cannot guarantee what shift assignments will be available to share with your friends, so be sure to sign up early because we want you and your BFF to have fun!

Stay safe and come see us when you can!

Field & Stream Music Fest has partnered with GovX to offer discount tickets to the U.S. military, government agencies, police, fire, and EMS. The discount is offered for all three ticket types, but cannot be applied to our payment plans. FSMF thanks you for your service!
