Additional staff charges: Should service period extend beyond two hours, you may incur an additional staff labour charge.
Room drops: £6.00 inclusive of VAT per item
Cloakroom: Cloakroom attendants available at £24.00 inclusive of VAT per hour per attendant with minimum of 8 hours required for day function and 4 hours for an evening functions.
Car parking / Valet parking: Car parking is complimentary for conference/event guests and is subject to availability at all times. Valet parking is available for a fee – Please ask for further details to tailor to your specific needs.
Taxi marshal: Available at £32 including VAT per hour
Butler service: Available at a charge when arranged in advance
Other events:
Unless the hotel is taken exclusively by your event, please be advised there is likely to be multiple events taking place over the date of your event.
Dietary requirements: We will endeavour to cater for any special dietary requirements that any of your delegates require. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of certain food groups (including nuts and gluten) from our food or kitchen preparation areas. For a list of 14 of the most prominent allergens within our menus, please contact us. If any of your delegates suffers from severe food allergies, we suggest you consider the elimination of the allergen from the entire event menu for reasons of safety. If you are bringing any external food to our Venue and Event, you are responsible for notifying us and your guests/delegates about any allergens and checking any potential health issues with your guests/delegates.
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum security requirements:
- Corporate day events (using Ballroom or Monarch) - 1 security guard to supervise the area required (please discuss with your event manager)
- All evening functions serving alcohol - 1 security guard for every 100 guests
- Set Up - A minimum of 2 security officers required – one to permanently man the gate and a second to secure goods in the Ballroom/Monarch areas. Additional security guards may be required for the set up - subject to the final set up requirements
- Tear Down - A minimum of 2 security officers required – one to permanently man the gate and a second to secure goods in the Ballroom/Monarch areas
- Charges - Security Guards (when hired through Fairmont Windsor Park) are charged at £30.00 inclusive of VAT per guard, per hour. (Please note there is a minimum 8 hour shift requirement) Security can be arranged directly by the client, but the company used must have a SIA license, details of which must be sent to your event manager in advance of your event
