鼻はな背せ動脈どうみゃくは眼窩がんかにて現あらわれ、内側うちがわ眼瞼がんけん靱帯じんたいの上うえへ向むかい、涙なみだ嚢上部じょうぶへの枝えだを出だした後のち、2本ほんの枝えだに分わかれる。

一本いっぽんは鼻はなを横切よこぎり、眼め角かく動脈どうみゃくと吻合ふんごうする。
もう一本いっぽんは鼻はな背せを走はしり、その外側そとがわに栄養えいようを供給きょうきゅうし、反対はんたい側がわの枝えだや顔面がんめん神経しんけいの枝えだである外側そとがわ鼻はな動脈どうみゃくと吻合ふんごうする。
