You can learn many useful staff about fitness from these series, I was enthusiastic at the beginning, also the mixture of characters from different ages.
The opening and closing themes are very nice.
But episodes by episodes, the enthusiasm gradually faded, the further you go, the more flaws you spot.
I like the characters in general, but they are a bit too stereotyped, maybe it is also due to the fact that all male characters are in reality just support ones. Don't get me wrong, I am not against a whole female series (Shojo is my favourite), but the lack specifically here makes them looking a bit limited.
Also some fantasy part about muscle-god, muscle- anything ec. I did not like, but they are just tiny parts.
If you are interest in fitness I suggest you this series, however, do not expect a masterpiece in the making.
