Keith Floyd didn't deserve to be treated poorly and made to be seen as this documentary was making him out to be. In the catering world he was and still is a bastion and inspiration for many chefs and home cooks. Nobody has matched his unique flair and process, incredible skill with such a personality and calmness when all around seems like its falling apart (like his episode when the boat sets on fire) Keith Allen comes across as fuelling this disaster of a documentary which could have been the reason Floyd died. This isn't journalism, its taking advantage of a sick mam who had brought joy to so many.
