| On January 30th, 1954 Herbert Paul Schmeck resigned as president making John C. Allen the new president. Herbert Paul Schmeck was with the company for 35 years, although it isn't clear when he became president. John C. Allen was with the company since 1931 and retired as president in 1976. |
| On November 27th, 1991, Tom Rebbie and Bill Dauphinee purchased PTC from owner Sam High. In 2007, Tom bought out Bill's interest in PTC. |
