Research
My research interests include statistical/machine learning, probabilistic graph models, image analysis, and applications in biomedicine, engineering, and meteorology. My current research work includes explainable machine learning, high dimensional clustering, learning in the Wasserstein metric space, hidden Markov models, and applications in biomedicine, computational psychology, and meteorology.
