With its unique two story passenger compartment, it can be outfitted to carry 550 passengers up to 8000 miles. The A380 recently made its first appearance to the public in January and is scheduled to make its first test flight in Spring 2005. Due to a huge public relations push, we've all seen lots of pictures and read multiple stories about this exciting new aircraft.
