IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING HOWSTUFFWORKS.COM OR CONTENT THEREOF SHALL
BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES RESULTING

or its affiliates. Venue and jurisdiction shall solely and exclusively be in
Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue
in such courts.
Any dispute you may have with respect to HowStuffWorks must be commenced within
one year after it arises, or the cause of action is barred.
