Exhibitors who are planning an event immediately before or during DOMOTEX have the option of renting centrally located room facilities on the exhibition grounds. Deutsche Messe can offer you conference and function rooms of any size for any kind of event. Whether you're planning a reception, meeting, press conference, workshop or presentation - we have the right location and room to meet the needs of your target audience. We'll be happy to help you stage your event. Just tell us what you want your event to look like, what type of catering and conference equipment you need, and we'll take care of the rest!

Evening events and music on your stand
Be sure to obtain advance approval for your evening event (stand party, happy hour,etc.). Also the notification to the GEMA copyright society you can find in our Online Business Service - OBS+.

Catering service
Messe Gastronomie Hannover GmbH, a member of the Deutsche Messe Group of Companies, can quickly and conveniently handle all of your catering needs at the show, supplying food and beverages directly to your stand without any delivery charges. Our kitchens are located right on the Exhibition Grounds, ensuring that our deliciously fresh foods reach you even faster every day. Your staff, customers and business partners are sure to be delighted.

Beverage service
Our on-site delivery service can supply you with hot or cold drinks of every kind - including spirits - right at your stand. Also available: ice cubes or crushed ice, sausages, snacks and disposable tableware. You can replenish your stocks by reordering anytime during the show - even on weekends.
