Meanwhile football titles are on the up again, with FIFA 07 and Pro Evo 6 both rising to No. 2 and No. 3 respectively.

There are two Wii-exclusive games in the top ten - Wii Play, which is up seven places at No. 4 following new stock shipments, and Wario Ware Smooth Moves at No. 6. Nintendo has a total of eight games in the top forty - more than any other publisher.

In seventh place is SEGA's World Snooker Championship 2007, followed by Need for Speed: Carbon. There's another best-selling racer at No. 9 as THQ movie tie-in Cars moves up seven places following retail-driven price promotions.

Rounding out the chart in tenth place is Activision's Call of Duty 3, down two places from last week.

Big movers in the rest of the top 40 include The Sims 2, up from No. 25 to No. 15, and DS title Zoo Tycoon, which is up 13 places to No. 37 following promotional activity.

Re-entering the chart at No. 33 is DS classic game compilation 42 All-Time Classics, while Tiger Woods 07, NFS: Most Wanted and Scarface all slip back in to the bottom five.
