Product Warranty
PrimerDesign Ltd detection kits are guaranteed to meet or exceed our published specifications when used with the recommended protocols in your laboratory. If our products fail to meet said specifications, and we are notified within 60 days of product shipment, then our policy is to provide a prompt replacement. Our obligation and your sole remedy is limited to such replacement of the product in the event that the product is defective. No other warranties are expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. PrimerDesign Ltd shall have no liability for direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use, results of use, or inability to use its products.
