1. ITAR-TASS copyright to news wires, bulletins, and other information products that are objects of copyright, as well as to photo and video materials and graphics is protected by the Russian Law “On copyright and similar rights”.
2. ITAR-TASS is entitled to EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS to all works created by its employees or other persons on orders of the Agency.
3. It is obligatory to quote ITAR-TASS while using its information products. Changing or amending information products, as well as rewriting ITAR-TASS materials is allowed only upon agreement with the news agency. The use by other news agencies and media outlets of materials, which are objects of ITAR-TASS copyright, with the aim other than envisaged by the agreement between the agency and the subscriber is inadmissible.
4. According to the Russian Law “On mass media” (article 23), mass media outlets must quote ITAR-TASS while distributing its reports and news.

ITAR-TASS respects the copyright and lawful interests of all mass media outlets. In its turn, ITAR-TASS hopes its copyright and lawful interests will be observed
