OpenOffice.org 2.3OpenOffice.org 2.3 incorporates an array of new features and enhancements to all its core components, and protects users from newly discovered security vulnerabilities. It is a major release and all users should download it. Plus: It is only with 2.3 that users can make full use of our growing extensions library. OpenOffice.org at FOSS.IN/2007India's FOSS.IN is rightly considered one of the more important annual FOSS events. This year, OpenOffice.org will have a Project Day, either 4 or 5 December, and all are invited to submit proposals. Read over the Project Day description prior to submitting, and keep in mind you may also propose a session for the main conference. Act fast: the deadline is 8 October. OOoCon 2007 Is OverOOoCon 2007: Barcelona, Spain. The event this year has ended, but the presentations, videos and blogs will continue to appear in the next few days.
