Gears of War Art Director to Helm Thundercats Movie - Variety

The Sword of Omens is in Epic art director Jerry O'Flaherty's hands. Warner Bros. has signed the video game veteran to direct a CG-animated movie based on the classic '80s cartoon Thundercats. Will Lion-O chainsaw Mumm-Ra in half? And will Lion-O get his own video game?

PSP Slim Storms Japan, Wii Sales Drop in September

The PSP actually sold more than three times as much as the Wii in Japan during September as the new slim model and software like Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII drove sales. The Wii meanwhile saw a dip in sales, although Wii Sports did pass the 2 million units milestone.
