Ray McGowan has been responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of content for the Washington Bureau's Web site for more than three years. He has recently taken a more visible role in the bureau as an intern under the Online Content Manager to help address the bureau's technological issues as they arise.

Ray is due to graduate this year from the University of Maryland with a degree in journalism.
