TMZ has learned the home of former baseball player (and ex Mr. Halle Berry) David Justice has been decimated by the wildfire.
Justice's neighbors include several current and former professional athletes, including Chargers star and NFL MVP LaDainian Tomlinson. According to the
San Diego Union Tribune, the entire area was evacuated and although Justice's home burned, those of Tomlinson and former San Diego Padres player Phil Nevin did not.
Nevin told the paper his neighborhood "looks like Mars. The house across the street was engulfed in flames. It burned down in like an hour. I'm safe. My family's safe."

Sources tell TMZ Britney and K-Fed are about to attend their first co-parenting class.
We're told Brit just arrived and K-Fed is on his way. The class will last a couple of hours. They will meet with a parenting coach, who will give them advice on how a divorced couple should raise their children.
The kids are not present.
Sources say Britney is actually looking forward to discussing parenting with her ex --
however, after arriving at the location, Brit was distraught and bawling like a baby in the bathroom.
It's only the third time Brit and K-Fed have been in the same room since they separated. The other two occasions involved settlement conferences at a lawyer's office.

Clips of Paris Hilton's latest film role has found its way to the Internets -- and it's a bloody mess!
Last night's Scream 2007 Awards on Spike TV premiered the trailer for her new sci-fi/horror/musical, "Repo! The Genetic Opera" -- and man is it brutal! Hilton briefly shows up in the clip -- wearing a dominatrix outfit and black wig -- and she even "sings!"

TMZ has learned that legendary TV host and actor Gary Collins, 69, was arrested in an L.A. suburb last night on suspicion of drunk driving after sources say his blood alcohol level was over twice the legal limit.
Witnesses tell TMZ Collins was driving his black Ford Explorer northbound on Kester Ave. in Sherman Oaks, Calif. around 5:30 PM when he slammed into a blue Toyota driven by an 80-year-old man that was making a left southbound onto Kester Ave. A witness says that Collins was traveling at least 60 mph when he slammed into the Toyota, causing the car to spin around into oncoming traffic. The collision caused Collins' Explorer to lose control and travel into oncoming traffic, where he smashed into two cars parked on the other side of the street.

Heidi Montag's breasts (and relationship and singing career and apartment and office job) aren't the only fake things on "The Hills"! The whole "reality" show is too. Shocker!
Cameras snapped the gruesome twosome of Heidi and Spencer filming scenes of the fauxality show at LAX (the airport, not the club) on October 12. At first, all appears legit as Spencer is seen dropping off Heidi, appropriately enough, at the curb. But minutes (and a costume change) later, the douchebag duo shoot another scene, making it look like Heidi has just returned from visiting her folks in Colorado. Faster than the Concorde!
It's official: everything about Heidi and Spencer is a sham! Team Elodie.
A rep for MTV says "This was a pickup shot for continuity that in no way affected the storyline."

Mimoo was in NYC yesterday, hawking herself at a really steep price -- actually, she was busting out her new perfume, called "M." Mmmmm delicious!
As always, Carey was dressed for the (daytime) occasion, which can be easily confused with her night on the town look, which looks a lot like her album selling look -- which is almost identical to her shooting a video look. She's a girl with a lot of looks that look alike! Now they smell too!

O.J. is now facing a new charge of felony coercion, alleging that he conspired to persuade others to tell authorities that no guns were used.
In the new complaint filed Wednesday, charges were dropped against Walter Alexander and Charles Cashmore, who pleaded guilty to reduced charges. They are set to testify starting at the preliminary hearing beginning Nov. 8. Conviction on felony coercion carries a sentence of up to six years in prison.
Simpson, Stewart, McClinton and Ehrlich are due in court on the other felonies -- including kidnapping, armed robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy and coercion -- and one gross misdemeanor: conspiracy to commit a crime.

Wry TV host Stephen Colbert has launched a faux-ish campaign for the presidency (with Republican airport restroom foot-tapper Larry Craig as his running mate) -- but the joke could backfire if the Feds take corporate campaign contribution laws seriously -- and bar Doritos and others from sponsoring "The Colbert Report." What's the truthiness?!
Amazingly, Colbert is trying to get on the ballot in his home state of South Carolina (as both a Democrat and Republican), he launched a
campaign website, and officially announced his candidacy on his show. In a shrewd political move, he appeared with potato-headed Tim Russert on "Meet the Press" this past Sunday.
It's a tricky matter for the Federal Election Commission, as running a real, but fake, but truthy-ish campaign could cause all kinds of tricky corporate sponsorship laws to trip up commercial sponsors and even Comedy Central, unless Colbert admits it's all a joke.

Universal Studios has taken one giant leap back from backing the remake of "Barbarella." The movie, which was set to be directed by "Sin City" boss Robert Rodriguez, was also set to star his new fiancee, Rose McGowan.
A source tells the
NY Observer's Transom the studio was unhappy about the casting choice, and when Robert refused to find someone else, the studio's only option was to drop the deal altogether. A Rose by any other name -- will not do!
Rodriguez has denied these claims and said that the reason for the parting of ways was all about budget, saying that the original backing offered by Universal was $60 million, but by shooting time, costs had ballooned to $72 million.
TMZ contacted reps for McGowan and Rodriguez, but have yet to receive comment.

"Hairspray" hottie Zac Efron was caught coming out of a gym in North Hollywood yesterday, sporting some major limb ammo. He must have been working up a sweat, those arms look pumped!
Luckily, the pretty boy wasn't wearing as much makeup as he usually does on the red carpet. Otherwise, the boy would have been a hot mess!
TMZ is still trying to verify whether or not Efron has a permit for those guns.
