Marc by Marc Jacobs Turnlock Quinn Tote, Handbag of the Day
A brightly colored handbag is a good way to add a touch of color to your fall wardrobe and there are lots of offerings this season in purples and reds. But sometimes you want something a bit more subtle and that's where this tote comes in. In a cool ocean blue, the soft leather bag whispers instead of shouts. With wide double shoulder straps and a two exterior side pockets, it is a bag built for comfort and convenience. A gold-tone turnlock closure on the flap opens to a logo lining and and several more pockets. Measuring 5 ½ " W x 10" H X 6 D", the bag sells for $448.

A $12,000 Ferrari?
Dropping just $12,000 for a Ferrari might sound like a dream-come-true... but don't get too excited. The Ferrari you'd be picking up only goes 12.5 miles per hour.
In fact, despite its branded image, the Limited Edition Ferrari PTi2 apparently has no performance advantage over the original, though its leather-trimmed handlebars, classic Ferrari red paint and Scuderia Ferrari logo certainly make the personal transport vehicle look the park.
Like the original, the PTi2 can go about 64 miles on a single charge at speeds two to three times as fast as the average walker. Ferrari's employees apparently scoot around their Maranello plant on Segways quite a bit to save time.

Lalique Champ Elysees Bowl
What's great about this Champ Elysees Bowl by Lalique is that it can really be made to fit almost any season. It may be a bright green perfect for spring and Easter but pair with golds and it's beautiful for a fall or Thanksgiving table, and with reds and whites it's suddenly all about Christmas. I can also see it fitting into a variety of decor styles from old fashioned to modern and contemporary. Hand made in France it features hand chiseled green-tipped crystal leaves and measures 7.5"x17.5"x10". $3995
Crajah House, Estate of the Day
Now here's a beauty of an old house that has been remodeled well. The Crajah House in New Canaan, Connecticut was originally built in 1886 and sits on four acres on Oenoke Ridge. The house is sunlight and charming with new gourmet kitchen and breakfast room that is modern but not overwhelmingly so. The master bedroom suite has a deck with views of the countryside and there are six additional bedrooms. The land is also home to a large two bedroom cottage, three barn, fields and pastures. It is listed at $7.45 million.
French Champagne House Spotted Checking Out English Vineyards
I'm fascinated by what I am terming the "Champagne scramble" as the various Champagne producers confront a world in which the growing need for Champagne is compromised by both the limits of the region and the specter of global warming. The latest move in the battle comes from Champagne house Louis Roederer , the maker of Cristal one of the most recognizable brands, they are now looking at vineyards in Kent and Sussex. This could lead to the company producing English sparkling wine.
Over the last few years southern England has begun to get attention for sparkling wine production. The chalky soil is similar to that in the Champagne region and global warming has created a more hospitable growing climate. For the Champagne houses the lure of English land is also partly the price. Decanter reports that a 50 acre block for planting vines might cost between £8,000-£10,000 per acre in England while an acre of vineyard in Champagne would cost around £300,000. That's quite a lot to pay for a name. The hard part is convincing the world just how good English sparkling wine is. Having a major Champagne house invest in the region would certainly go a long way toward doing that.
In the short run however there is nothing to worry about in the region, this year's harvest in Champagne is set to achieve recordbreaking production.
Pavé Diamond Dog Tag
Sometimes guys want a little bling too, you know? But it's hard to find that right balance of flash and masculinity, and although I'm not claiming this Pavé Diamond Dog Tag by David Yurman does the trick (it's all about personal preference and I'm not even a guy) the mix of pave diamonds and dog tag style seems to at least be in the right ballpark. It has a total of 1.15 carats total with a sterling silver logo, cable trim, "925" inlay, and a sterling silver chain pulling the whole thing together. Available at Neiman Marcus for $1,950.

Red Sox Fans Paying Less For Series Seats
There are the dedicated fans willing to pay in the thousands for the right seat. One fan paid over $21,500 for two box seats behind home plate at Fenway. Now that's a fan.
Tarina Tarantino Hardcore Minibox Clutch, Handbag of the Day
Many of Tarina Tarantino's handbags look like they were designed to be carried by children. Featuring Barbie, Hello Kitty and lots of quirky touches, the bags are playful and unique. This metallic clutch may be a little more grown up, but it still offers that little something different. A limited edition, the gold and silver leather clutch sports a very large Swarovski crystal embellishment right in the center of a big silver bow that doubles as a hand strap. Or you can carry the bag from a crystal-studded lucite bangle attached to a 10.75" long gold-tone chain. Now, that is different. The bag measures 5.75" wide, 4.25" tall, and 1.75" deep and is also available in a neon pink and white version. $465.
Yin-Yang Soaking Tubs
Usually tubs that are built for two are designed so that the two share the same water. But perhaps you are modest or maybe you just don't like sharing the same water with another person or maybe you like your water to be the same temperature as a lobster cooking pot. Whatever your need for personal bath privacy now you can get the shared tub experience without the shared tub. The stainless steel Yin-Yang bathtub from Diamond Spas has two separate soaking compartments with benches on the bottom so the bathers face each other. The soaking tubs are deep so that you get as much immersion as possible.

A Wedding Dress with 4 Pounds of Jewels
It's beautiful but I personally wouldn't want a wedding dress with so many different colors, and I think for that price it might be more worth it to just get something custom-made -- I think I'd still be able to afford plenty of jewels.
Dream Light Chromatherapy
Wow, I realize it could just be the photography but this shower looks positively dreamy. Which is quite appropriate considering it's called "Dream Light." It's a chromatherapy rain canopy from Jaclo Industries that's designed to take the standard relaxing power of a shower and turn it up a notch with the emotional and soothing power of color. It's made of a stainless steel sheet in round, rectangle, or cube shapes with programmable LED lights that illuminate the water as it falls.
