All you need to get started is a Twitter account, follow Foamee, and reference @foamee together with your friends that you want to send a beer to.

Tokbox lets people engage in conversation through the use of live video. Signing up and placing an embed link (or viewing directly from a user account i.e. http://tokbox.com/username) on social network pages and websites allows users to instantly chat using webcams without downloading any applications through a push to talk button.
