hair

It had been the human nature and it goes from generation to generation with transformations only to capitalize on current trends of Hair Styles but we never thought of what to do from the discarded trimmings. It’s of course, something we may consider in the future but San Francisco-based Matter of Trust, an environmental group has thought of it as a useful waste that can be woven into mats and used to soak-up the oil-spill in water. This unconventional medium can soak up the oil like a sponge and people with oily hair can also donate.

At least it’s a better idea than giving it to those who want to keep deer out of their rose bushes but I think human hair won’t be a bad idea to create art in unexpected places.
