It looks like the player wasn't really doing anything other than trying to show off for the camera. At least, that's what I think.

You get 'puff's final smash after the Bridge of Eldin blows up, then when it warps back, you float above the bridge and use the FS, then Jigglypuff stays big, but attack power isn't increased only size, etc.

The real FS is her just getting bigger and bigger and bigger (pushing your foes off stage) then going back down to size.
In the video, the bridge comes back as she's doing the FS, which confuses the game, allowing you to stay as giant Jigglypuff and be able to play normally except...giant!
Anyways, the confusion of the game isn't an intended feature, it IS a bug.

Thank God it's only JIGGLYPUFF. I was afraid it was a serious glithc, like snaking in Mario Kart DS (I don't care what you say, it's cheap and ruins the game for purists!) I figured this might be a potentially devastating glitch, but my fears have been put to rest.

rofl... snaking a glitch.... wow. Denial much? Snaking is outlined in the INSTRUCTION BOOKLET OF THE GAME, and was fully intended by the game designers to be used by players with actual talent. Anyone can do it and it adds to the enjoyment of the game. Get over it.

I hate it when 10 percent of a video shows off a glitch, and then the rest shows off the person doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING... As least beat up Luigi instead of just standing there doing taunts and attacking air...
Otherwise... Pretty funny glitch.

OMG!!!!!!! first, they delay the release TWICE to supposedly make the game PERFECT so that it wouldn't have glitches!!! now, you're telling me that before the game came out they've already found one??? is anyone else feeling my blind rage? you can delay the game nintendo, but mess with my emotions? thats where i draw the line. -crys a little inside-
