WCI is seeking public comment on the initial draft design recommendations from the Allocations, Offsets and Reporting Subcommittees (see WCI Documents).  Comments on these initial draft recommendations are due by April 16.   (Draft recommendations for Scope and Electricity were released earlier and the formal comment period is closed.)

Attachments must be submitted separately to each Subcommittee as WORD documents. This is necessary to enable comments to be sorted among WCI Partners and staff working on specific topic areas.  Although we cannot accept PDFs, your Word documents will be posted in PDF format on the Draft Recommendations Comments section exactly as submitted. Again, if you have comments for more than one Subcommittee, please divide your comments and submit them separately  to each. This will also help other stakeholders see the range of opinions on each topic. Thank you for your cooperation.
