Discover the Olympic Museum with its wealth of memories which will keep your passion for Olympism burning.
Young and old, individually, as a family or in a group, come and witness the many different exhibition zones, all packed with history and emotion.
It all begins with a paradox. It is (almost) invisible and yet, once seen, it is never forgotten. Better still, it draws one back, simply because its incredible diversity cannot be assimilated in one go.
Such is the Olympic Museum Lausanne that we invite you to discover during a virtual tour.

About the Museum (History, Key figures...)
From February to October 2008, in the framework of the Games of the XXIX Olympiad in Beijing, the Olympic Museum is focusing on China, with a major exhibition both inside and outside in the park, a wide range of events and a broad educational programme. Beijing 2008 will be a chance to discover modern China with the Olympic Games acting as a catalyst, but also traditional China. To put this project in place, the Museology and education and cultural services sections have sought the services of two eminent figures: Roger Pfund as artistic director and Gérald Béroud as adviser and coordinator.
