ALM and Divisions Adopt Incisive Media Branding

ALM and its Real Estate Media and Insight Information divisions are now operating as Incisive Media. The units have adopted the branding of their parent, following the acquisition of ALM by Incisive Media in August 2007.

ALM product and service brands, including The American Lawyer, Real Estate Forum, Law.com, Insight Conferences and LegalTech, will not change and continue to be known to customers by their familiar, existing names.

While our customers will continue to deal with the product and service brands they know and trust, the branding change streamlines and simplifies business communication.

The move also reflects a new level of integration across our businesses and mirrors our ability to collaborate across geographies, markets and businesses.

Incisive, for example, can now offer customers many options across one unified legal group that includes Legal Week in the U.K., Law.com on the Web and The American Lawyer in North America, as well as numerous other legal publications, Web sites, conferences and events.

Readers and Web visitors now have expanded global access to broader content in all the markets we serve. And, for advertisers and sponsors, the rebranding signifies wider and deeper reach among senior decisionmakers in key vertical segments.
