The latest survey finds that nearly 64% of Americans approve of the way Barack Obama is handling his job as president, while only 17% disapprove. Obama receives somewhat lower ratings for the way he is handling the economy than he does for his handling of his job as president overall; still, a majority of Americans (56%) approve of the way he is handling the economy. Additionally, two-thirds call Obama's approach to politics in Washington "new"; while 25% call it "business as usual."
