pets have many advantanges but for our family pets show my only child that he is not the only one who needs our attention, later he will learn responsibility and inbetween he will learn how to be gentle with other living things. besides these practicle advantages he also enjoys having them around.

Our son has a special bond with one of our two cats - Twiglet. If Finlay is upset, Twiglet immediately becomes concerned for him & comes running. The cat has a magical effect of making Finlay laugh or smile. I have never regretted having cats plus baby together in one household!
