We here at MTV are extremely saddened by Michael Jackson’s untimely death, and in tribute to the King of Pop, the network has been running his videos non-stop. We’ve also been reaching out to celebrities who knew (and practically worshiped) MJ.

But what about the regular Joes — the fans like you and us — who have also been extremely affected by his passing? How will we celebrate his life and remember his legacy? We couldn’t think of anyone better to answer that question than some of the members of America’s Best Dance Crews from seasons past. First up: Supreme Soul’s Bionic.

“Michael’s effect [on the music industry] has been historical. He is a pop icon and paved the way for many pop artists. If it wasn’t for Michael, dance, pop music and performance would be so much less extraordinary.

Michael gave a new feeling to performance and dance. He chose the best dancers to represent alongside him. I remember as a kid wanting to be one of those dancers. My teachers (The ELECTRIC BOOGALOOS) were his teachers, and it’s an honor to say I got the same popping training that he did. All I ever wanted to do is be a great performer like him.

Michael made his performances EPIC. He would outdo anyone on the performance tip. His music was high energy and expressed pure emotion. When you danced, you felt what he was singing about.

I remember hearing “Beat It” for the first time … That was the song. Watching all the poppers in it was crazy.

The reason why Michael was a POP ICON is because he hit the masses. He was on a GLOBAL SCALE. That’s pure artistry… He transcended barriers.”

Sure, Al Roker threw Speidi a couple of curveballs when the couple swung by the Today show. But there were a few things he forgot to ask the newly nuptialed Hillzies, in our humble opinion. Fortunately, Comedy Central’s Daniel Tosh agreed — and caught up with the jungle duo to fill in some holes. Good thing Spencer and Heidi have a sense of humor!

“Sex on the Beach,” the theme song for Real World: Cancun, could not be more apropos, no? Sure, none of the cast members have secured a good romp in the sand just yet, but you know it’s bound happen. A little tequila, some dancing at Senior Frog’s, a late-night stroll on the shore … and then boom!

Well, that’s how we hear it goes down.

So who are the masterminds behind this brilliantly titled tune? That would be 3OH!3. Or, ahem, 3OH!OH!OH!3. The Boulder, CO, band has been bringing it since 2004, but we’re thinkin’ these guys are about to hit it SUPER BIG. Check out some cool photos, video and more info on the group, plus don’t forget to watch the premiere of RW: Cancun!

Yesterday, Whitney Port went on this independence kick about how she’s totes over Jay Lyon, and enjoying being single and all about new people and new experiences. So when we saw pix of Whit holding hands (arms? pockets??) with some dude the next day, we weren’t particularly surprised. Until we realized that guy was Jay.

Now we’re not what you would call body language experts, but judging by the guilty expression on Whit’s face (and, hellooo, the hand-holding!), these two are looking awfully cozy for a couple of people who USED to date. Just sayin’ …

Related side note: In an unfortunately timed “scoop,” Page Six is claiming Whit’s totally over “hipster musician Jay Lyon”! How do they know this? Because Whitney and her “new man” were spotted holding hands last weekend. WTF?!

It’s hard enough carrying an extra five-ten pounds (that’s kicking and turning inside your belly!) without having to slip on a pretty dress and act all civilized, but next week’s teen mom isn’t about to miss her prom. Check out this 16 and Pregnant sneak peek of Ebony’s rollercoaster ride to the big night.

Erin Lucas is electric! The City star — who took a trip to the tattoo parlor earlier this week– hit up the Gen Art benefit party Wednesday night and gave photogs a perfect view of the edgy, new lightning bolt tat peeking out from the top of her rib cage. Hey, we always said girl would take the world by storm!

+ Think Erin’s brand-new body art is a swing-and-a-miss? Or is it hot in a punk rock-meets-Doppler 5000 kinda way? Take a look at the pix, then tell us whether you’re loving or hating Erin’s new rebellious “streak.”

The BFFs have already had a few run-ins with the fashion police, but next week they’re coming face-to-face with the real deal. And with Paris heading up this investigation, you know the punishment’s gonna fit the crime. Watch as P. Hilton locks her besties in the slammer to find out who’s snitchin’ (and who won’t stop bitchin’!), before sentencing one of her unlucky inmates to TTYN without parole.

Everyone likes a little friendly competition. But come Saturday, three high-school students will be putting on some serious game face in a fight to win the title of MADE: Hip Hop Dance Battle champ, as well as long-term bragging rights. Tune in tomorrow at noon and watch as these wannabe hip hoppers cap off a grueling month of training by going head-to-head in a full-on dance war. Oh, and did we mention they’ll be performing to a packed auditorium and being judged by Sean Kingston and Fonzworth Bentley? Yep, no pressure there …

+ Don’t miss the premiere of MTV’s MADE: Hip Hop Dance Battle on Saturday, June 27 at 12pm ET/PT.

Amber and Gary had their fair share of disagreements before Leah was born, but tonight’s 16 and Pregnant couple says they’re now going strong and working hard to give their daughter the best life possible. Check out Amber’s update below!

Life is so much more interesting since Gary and I had Leah! Being a young mother has changed me for the better, giving me a greater push to succeed so I can provide my daughter with an amazing life. I really want her to have less worries than I did when growing up.

Being filmed while pregnant didn’t bother me — except for waking up in the morning to the cameras (ha ha)! Otherwise I wasn’t self-conscious about how I looked, or anything else. I was pregnant, so of course I was going to gain weight!

Since the cameras left, I’ve been dealing with young motherhood on a daily basis. It’s been an amazing journey, and I feel great about how my family is growing and learning together! I have no regrets about any of my decisions. Throughout my pregnancy, I tried my best to keep healthy, especially with my diabetes. My baby girl is now happy, full of life and learning fast — and my job as a teen mom is going really well. I still have the same dreams of also being a cosmetologist and will hopefully have more time to put into it soon. I can’t wait for the future!

Months before 16 and Pregnant’s Amber gave birth to Leah, she couldn’t help but express her disappointment and fears about having a baby. “My life is ruined” seemed to sum up all of her worries. Luckily her best friend Kayla was there to offer a different perspective. In our Web exclusive below, hear the girls have a spiritual discussion about Amber’s pregnancy.
