Operations Director - Manufacturing Gloucestershire (relocation is available)

Circa £80,000 plus 30% bonus, car and benefit

In other words, we want you to lead and inspire a large complex operational / manufacturing team through a major evolution in customer, process and product strategy, as part of a radical business change programme to broaden our target market by developing a wider range of products and launching them into new markets.
