How do I buy tickets packages through AF1? I wanna go!
It’s easy! First of all, you gotta be a current Gold or Platinum member of AF1. That means your account must be in good financial standing and not expired. Not a member? No problem. You can JOIN right now or while you're purchasing tickets packages.

If you are a “Get Your Wings” free member of AF1, you will need to UPGRADE your account to the All Access membership. The web site will lead you through the upgrade during the ticket purchase or you can do it by logging in and clicking on the My Account / Upgrade link. Once you are eligible to buy tickets through AF1, and then visit our TOUR page to check out the available shows. In most cases, AF1 tickets packages sell on presale, which means before tickets are available to the public. When you see the show you want listed, click on the link and you’ll see buttons to buy if the show is open. If the show sale is not open, the “buy” button will not be active.

Payment Method - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Using a debit card you might want to notify your bank to let them know that you will be making a purchase for tickets, membership or store orders etc to avoid your purchase being declined.

How do I check my account status?

What happens if a second show is added during the public onsale, can I still get tickets through AF1?
Yes, if a second show is added during the public onsale, tickets through AF1 will go on sale likely the same day, a few hours after the announced 2nd show. So, if a 2nd show is announced at 12 pm on Saturday, then likely tickets will go on sale to AF1 around 3:00 pm. We’ll post a 2-hour advance notice to fans so everyone has a fair shot at getting tickets. These tickets will be available only for a couple of days. And, since these tickets may go on sale on a Saturday (when most shows sell to the public) please note the sales will be INTERNET ONLY. There will be no sales over the phone for these shows.

How many tickets can I buy? I want ‘em all!
Um, if you’re a ticket scalper, sorry, we can’t help ya. If you’re a fan, we sympathize, but we gotta look out for each person. If you are an eligible* member of AF1 (see #1), you can buy a maximum of 4 Premium, Top Spot or Sweet Spot tickets packages per member per show. And yes, you can split that up between offers if ya want (for example, you could buy 2 V.I.P. and 2 Gold Tickets packages, for 4 total). Oh, if you plan to split them up, you gotta place separate orders for each type of ticket package. The Ultra Sweet Spot V.I.P. is limited to 2 tickets packages per member. And at venues where total tickets allocated to the fan club might be less than usual, AF1 reserves the right to set the ticket packages maximum to 2 per member.

How long do I have to complete my ticket package order? What is that timer thingy in my cart?
We want to make sure that everyone gets a chance to buy tickets packages, so when you add tickets to your shopping cart they are reserved just for you right then and there. A timer was added so that if someone doesn't bother completing the ticket package purchase (yeah like that would ever happen) then the tickets packages are made available for a real Aerosmith Fan! Once you put the tickets package in your cart, you will have 5 minutes to finish your purchase but don't worry because we add a minute here and there during the check-out so you two finger typers out there will have plenty of time to finish.

How come fan club members can buy 4 tickets packages instead of 2?
I’m a 10-year member, so will my seats be worse now that a guy with 25 years seniority and his family might be in front of me? Also, I bought another membership just so I could buy 4 tickets packages. Can I get my other membership refunded?
Based on the size of the venue and our ticket packages we can offer, we are able to offer 4 to each paying member in most venues. If the band moves back into smaller venues, or we have less total tickets packages, we “reserve the right” (as they say) to increase or decrease the maximum quantity of tickets packages per member, depending on how many tickets we get for the fan club. Therefore, we are not offering refunds on additional memberships you may have purchased, based on the 2-ticket limit. We will adjust the limit as appropriate.

Can I only buy tickets packages online or can I do it over the phone?
”Do it” over the phone? Can’t help ya with that! Just kidding, we got dirty minds over here.
Ticket package sales are Online ONLY. However – if you run into a serious problem, like your computer crashes or you can’t type because you broke both wrists or your dog ate your homework, then we’re here for you. Customer Service is available to help from 9 AM-6PM ET. The AF1 Ticket Package Sales Phone Number is: 508-791-3853 extension 2. Please have your membership info, credit/debit card information and preferred city and ticket package type ready. You can also email your request to customerservice@aeroforceone.com, and a representative will call or email you back with a confirmation.

How will I know when tickets packages are on sale?
There are lots of ways you can find out.
1. Visit AF1 often and click on the TOUR page. All fan club presale info and public on sale info will be posted there as soon as it’s confirmed. 2. We be send presale info in the email blast that is sent out to all members (including Get Your Winds), so be sure to check your email, and your spam filter for news from AF1!

3. If you’re not online, but you got a phone, we’ve set up the AF1 Ticket Info Hotline so you can call daily and as often as you want to get updates. This is NOT the phone line you call to buy tickets packages; it is simply a recorded message. The AF1 Ticket Package Info Hotline will be updated with the latest fan club presale times and status as soon as anything changes. However, public ticket on sales will not be updated here – you can get those through Ticketmaster. Please use the AF1 Ticket Info Hotline instead of calling Customer Service for presale info. I’m a member with good seniority. Where can I expect to sit at the show? Do I have to buy a V.I.P. ticket package to get in the first 10 rows?
Your seats depend on how many AF1 members with more or less seniority bought tickets packages to the same show as you. For most shows, AF1 will offer two V.I.P. party packages (the Ultra Sweet Spot and Sweet Spot); Top Spot seating which is in the first price tier, and Premium seating which is in the first or second price tier.

PAID is setting aside a number of our V.I.P.-allocated seats in every section from Ultra Sweet Spot back, to accommodate members with high seniority. PAID is committed to rewarding members with high seniority with the seats they deserve. But please understand that seating on basis of seniority does not guarantee the 2nd row for everyone, and we’re not saying front row because we don’t get the front row except in extremely rare circumstances…that goes to radio stations, charities, and other parties. We are being up front with ya, so you can make an informed decision.

Now, if your seniority is not so great, and you gotta sit up close, then you can…but you will have to pay more for it, because seniority has its rewards and if you plan to cut the line, you’re gonna have to pay for it. But if you’re pretty comfortable with your seniority, then no need to go V.I.P. unless you want the killer pre-party, rockin’ backstage tour and amazin’ AF1 ticket package merchandise!

*** IMPORTANT: Lots of Ultra Sweet Spot, Sweet Spot, and Top Spot seats have been set aside at the Premium price level. These seats will accommodate the members with the highest seniority at each show and will be assigned on the basis of seniority at each event. ***
** If you attend a show in a city where there are higher than average numbers of members with high seniority (examples: Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles), then your seating may not be as good as in other cities. For example, in Boston, you might be in row 30 with 10 years of seniority because we have great numbers of members with 15+ years of seniority within 100 miles of Boston. Likewise, if you have only 5 years of seniority but you buy tickets in Kansas, you might be in the second row because we currently have only a handful of AF1 members in Kansas.

How can I meet the band? Is there a Meet & Greet with any of the ticket packages?
There are no guaranteed Meet & Greets included with any of the ticket packages through AF1. If we do have an exceptional event where a M&G is guaranteed, we will state so explicitly. But we do not want you to buy a package in the expectation of meeting one of the guys, because it is a bummer for you and us if you come away disappointed. Instead, we’re givin’ you a party to remember with a seat up close and an incredible, wild time with your fellow Aerosmith fans - and THAT will be well worth the trip!

When and how will I get my tickets package?
You should receive your tickets ten days before the show. If your select to have your tix ckets shipped and they have not arrived within 72 hours prior to the show, please contact customerservice@aeroforceone.com or call 508-791-3807 to make sure that we can get your seats tickets reprinted and available at will call. Make sure you put in the correct shipping address for where you will be located up to a few weeks before the show. Also, if you move, it is your responsibility to inform customerservice@aeroforceone.com of your new address. Or, if you don’t want to carry tickets around, you may elect will-call for certain ticket offers. Because we reserved a large number of tickets for the fan club in the venues, we can’t offer will-call for all tickets packages. If you have a specific need for will-call and it is not offered for your tickets package (like you’re traveling), email customerservice@aeroforceone.com. You’ll need to show your photo ID to pick up your tix at Will Call. You’ll get emails updating you on the will-call process for your venue which will most likely open 2 hours prior to show time. Get there early to avoid lines. If you purchased the Ultra Sweet Spot or Sweet Spot V.I.P. Package, tickets are Will-Call ONLY and do not ship.

How will I know where my seats are located? Can you send me my seat assignments?
You will need to wait until your tickets are shipped and arrive in your mailbox, or until you pick them up at will call night of the show! It’s hard to wait, but it will all be worth it. Please do not request your seat location from Customer Service – there are too many of these requests to accommodate and you will not get a response.

If I don’t leave my seats at will-call, because it’s not an option, is it possible for me to still get upgraded with day-of-show releases?
Yes. AF1 staff on the road will have a “pick list” of all fan club members and their seat locations. If better seats become available day-of-show, fan club members who purchased the Premium Level will be called and new seats left at the will-call window under their name. In this case, the old tickets would be reprinted and released back to the box office.

Is it cheaper to buy seats through Ticketmaster and will my seats be better? Why should I buy through AF1?
You should buy your tickets through AF1 because we’ve got the first opportunity for you to buy the best seats held for the true Aerosmith fans! The cheapest ticket package through AF1 might be slightly more expensive than if you buy your seat through Ticketmaster - maybe $5-$8 more, after Ticketmaster fees are added to the face cost. That’s because we have to spread our convenience, processing, labor and handling fees over a smaller group of tickets. So why should you spend the extra $ to buy through AF1? We’ve got the great seats, and you can be assured of having your tickets packages before the public gets the chance to buy their tickets. Plus we’re including a pin, laminate and lanyard with every ticket, which you can wear to the show for on-site giveaways and prizes! But if you still wanna skip AF1’s presale, and take the risk on the Ticketmaster public on sale or tryin’ to get tickets on the night of the show, that’s your choice.

How long do I have to get my tickets package through AF1?
Once the presale begins, not long…AF1 tickets are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Ticket package sales for each show will not be open long, and once a show is closed…that’s it. In rare exceptions we might get more tickets for closed shows. So if you want a tickets package don’t wait!

Help! My show is entirely sold out and I entered the AF1 presale right when it started! Can you help me get a ticket package?
Email customerservice@aeroforceone.com with your desired show, and how many ticket packages you wanted to purchase. We will track requests and do the best we can to find you some seats. But, if the presale’s over and the show is closed when you contact customer service, you may be outta luck. Unfortunately, AF1 and PAID cannot guarantee that tickets packages will be available to all fan club members who try to purchase tickets packages. Be sure to contact customer service immediately with your request. We will have a waiting list for those of you who have been shut out and will do our best to get you tix per order on the waiting list if are able to get more tix!

Can I sell my tickets package to someone else?
Tickets packages bought from AF1 are for your personal use and your families use only. We do not allow the resale of any tickets packages. If you are found to be reselling or brokering tickets packages that you purchased through AF1 for profit, we reserve the right to cancel your ticket package order and any other ticket package orders you may have with AF1. If we cancel your order, we will issue you a refund for the face value of the tickets only minus the handling / processing fee (typically $25.00).

What if a show is postponed or cancelled?
If shows are postponed, your tickets package should be good for the new date. We will email and post on AF1.com information about new dates and procedures for how to use your tickets package for a rescheduled date. If the show is cancelled, we will issue you a refund for the price of your ticket package minus the handling / processing fee, and any shipping costs if the tickets package has not been shipped. See an outline of refunds charges below for each type of package and scenario. All service and processing fees (typically $25 per package) are non refundable, as the services for those are incurred from the moment a ticket is purchased. One of the reasons we must issue these non-refundable charges is for credit card processing fees – these are 3-4% per transaction (so when you buy the ticket, and then when you are refunded). That can total up to 8% per package, before you even count in all the labor! Our refunds policy makes these fees proportionate to the type of package you buy.
If you buy a PREMIUM ticket and your merchandise has SHIPPED, there is a non-refundable charge of $35 ($25 for your processing fee & merchandise + $10 shipping).

If your merchandise has NOT shipped, there is a non-refundable charge of $15.

If you buy an ULTRA SWEET SPOT, SWEET SPOT or TOP SPOT ticket and your merchandise has SHIPPED, there is a non-refundable charge of $69 ($59 for your processing fee & merchandise + $10 shipping).
If your merchandise has NOT shipped, there is a non-refundable charge of $50 for the ULTRA SWEET SPOT, $30 for the SWEET SPOT and $20 for the TOP SPOT.

Can I use my membership coupon for a discounts on tickets packages?
If there is a ticket package in your shopping cart, you cannot use your coupon for your store discount. You can only use the coupon for store merchandise only.

Can I use my electronic gift card to purchase a ticket package?
Yes. After putting your ticket package in your shopping cart, click on “add gift card / coupon.” You will then see your gift card. Select the gift card that you would like to use and enter the amount you would like to use, then click on redeem gift card. Remember that your gift card, if you have one, just shows up in your shopping cart – so click the “add gift card” at the end of the cart process.

I ordered a ticket package, membership and a baseball hat. Can you ship all my stuff at once?
No, ticket packages, memberships and store merchandise all must ship separately. That’s because the process for fulfilling each of these products is different and some items ship from different places. In some cases, we may even send your merchandise and tickets separately for your ticket packages.

What happens when I call AF1?
Ticket packages are sold online through aeroforceone.com only. When you call the AF1 Ticketing Line – 508-791-3853 – you will get 3 choices. Press ‘1’ for the Ticketing Info Only Hotline: This is a pre-recorded message, updated as soon as new information is available, which gives you the latest info on AF1 presale schedules. Press ‘2’ for a Ticketing Representative: You’ll get a live rep to help you with ticketing tech issues, but if all reps are busy, you can not leave a message on this phone line.
