From JR Tachikawa station to NIPR
By Rail Take Tama Monorail for Kamikitadai and get off at Takamatsu. (7 minutes walk from the station)
By Bus Take Tachikawa Bus for Ōyama-Danchi-Orikaeshijō and get off at Saibansho-mae. (3 minutes walk from the bus stop)
From Narita Airport to JR Tachikawa station
By Rail Take JR Narita Express to Tokyo or Shinjuku and transfer to JR Chūō Line and get off at Tachikawa.
Take Keisei Skyliner to Nippori and transfer to JR Yamanote Line to get to Tokyo or Shinjuku. And then take JR Chūō Line and get off at Tachikawa.
