The student is dismissed in the following cases:
1 - If he fails twice in the same level.
2 - If he fails three times at different levels.
3 - If he absents from studies without an acceptable excuse, (10) continuous days, or (15) fifteen separated days, and one day is considered as five units of study.
4 –It is permissible for the council of the institute to dismiss any unserious students who fail intentionally.

It is permissible with the consent of the council of the institute and other related bodies,  to re-accept the admission of the dismissed student in accordance of the following principles:
1 -The student must submit a request for re-entry to the dean of admission and registration in a maximum of two weeks from the beginning of next semester.
2 -The student must provide acceptable justification to the board of the institute.
3 -The failure of the student must not exceed 50% of the number of units of study.
4 -Re-entry/ re-admission is not eligible for more than once.
5 –Re-entry/ re-admission of the student is not done in the same semester that he was dismissed.
