It is required from any one who would be admitted to the Secondary Level :
1 )To  be a Muslim of good conduct and straight in practicing Islam.
2)  To abide by the rules and regulations of the Islamic university, and also to abide to the Islamic rules.
3 ) He must acquire the intermediate certificate or its equivalent.
4 ) He must be fluent in reading the Noble Quran.
5) His age should not be less than 15 and not more than 21 at the time of admission.
6 )There should not be any discontinuity between the time at which he was awarded the intermediate certificate and his admission in the secondary stage. But it is possible to tolerate this condition if the applicant has any acceptable reason that satisfies the university.
7 )He should adhere to be a full time student, and he should not engage with any occupation or other study.
8 ) He must submit a statement of conduct from the last school he attended.
9 )To be safe from infectious diseases and impending disability based on the certified medical report.
10 ) He must pass the personal interview in the deanship of admission and registration.

Applications to attend Islamic university will be during summer holiday to the deanship of admission and registration.

The applicant must present his file which includes the following documents: -
1 -Original copy of the intermediate leaving certificate for those willing to attend the secondary institute.
2 -Certificate of conduct.
3 -A copy of the student identity card to determine his age.
4 -Two recommendation letters from personalities known to the Islamic university or from the neighbouring Imam.
5 -Letter of request addressed to the dean of admission and registration.
This is for application inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In case of the applications from outside the Kingdom, the deanship of admission delegates committees to different Asian, European and African countries, and these committees decide whether a student is qualified enough to be given admission.
